I commend you. I met and married my husband in Dothan, AL, and although we no longer live there, I'm still deep south- Southern Baptist-fried chicken-and brimstone and Alabama will always hold a place in my heart. Our prayers are still going up for those whose tears have yet to dry on their faces. Thank you for sharing. BTW, my husband says, "War Eagle!!!"Miranda @http://imentalmommy.blogspot.comhttp://imentalmommy.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3678933503618590263.post-26013815822590214232011-05-06T00:48:29.644-05:002011-05-06T00:48:29.644-05:00Yes, kudos on the "deserves being in the news...Yes, kudos on the "deserves being in the newspaper". Your words tell the story of a very tragic event. However, because of all the good that people are doing for others, this event has made us better. I am proud to be from Alabama, although I too live in Texas. I know Alabama will be stronger because of this tragedy but I still feel pain for all the loss of life and property.Houston Real Estatehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11395125664447710631noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3678933503618590263.post-83857223547421251352011-05-05T22:43:20.560-05:002011-05-05T22:43:20.560-05:00I think I read that someone wrote you and told you...I think I read that someone wrote you and told you this blog deserves being in the newspaper. Count on your fellow Alabamians first and the rest last. We have been collecting food and clothing also and sending it north . We are in deep southern Alabama and it really makes me feel good to see tour state come together as it has to get the job done.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13522511271640224223noreply@blogger.com
